You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of your business to use the Service. By using NeoReception.AI, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@neoreception.ai.
You may not share your account with third parties or use the Service on behalf of multiple businesses without our written consent.

You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding call recording in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your callers. This includes, but is not limited to, providing proper disclosure to callers that their call may be recorded.
NeoReception.AI is not liable for any legal claims arising from your failure to comply with call recording laws. We strongly recommend consulting a legal professional if you are unsure of your obligations.
Pricing for the Service is agreed upon between you and NeoReception.AI at the time of onboarding. All fees are:
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your Service.
All technology, software, branding, and content associated with NeoReception.AI is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes only.
You retain ownership of any content or data you provide to us (e.g., business scripts, FAQs). By providing this content, you grant us a license to use it solely to operate and improve the Service for your account.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
NeoReception.AI is a productivity tool and does not replace licensed medical, legal, or financial advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoReception.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the Service with 14 days' written notice. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless you request earlier deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which NeoReception.AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
